Starting to Get Feedback

We posted a site review request in this forum called Cre8asiteForums. We've some positive feedback, especially on the design. BoxCar Studio did a fantastic job.

Making a lot of progress with the initial content. We've got 185 articles on car parts. Up to 80 on expanding the problems beyond just titles.

Now, all we need to do is start getting users.

Group Pics and RideFix Mileage Added

We just updated the site. We have added the ability to create picture albums and post pictures in groups. We are going to be developing group events at some point in the near future. Any other suggestions for group features are always appreciated.

Our content is coming along nicely. We're at 180+ parts articles, and we have expanded 55 of our problem articles beyond the "title". Still a whole lot more to go, but we are making some good progress. We are a bit lacking in the Tutorial department at the moment, but I'm having too much fun with CarPedia to switch.

We created a new feature to track your contributions: RideFix Mileage. Basically, for certain actions you perform, a little odometer associated with you will tick up. The more you do, the more Miles you get. We are going to have some kind of prizes or special features at some point in the future.

150 CarPedia Articles

We just passed 150 articles not that long ago. We still have a long way to go, but we've got a good start. We focused mainly on car parts for this round. Next we are going to be expanding our vehicle problem articles in order to give you a better understanding of a vehicle problem you might have.

Made adjustments to the forum, discussions and comments

We added some functionality to the forum, CarPedia/Tutorial/Group discussion, and comments. You can now edit or delete posts. We added a restriction on forum posts.

You can't edit a post if:
a) it has been quoted.
b) it is the primary post AND there has been at least one reply.

We feel that these ensure continuity in conversations. If you have objections, or suggestions for improvement, please let us know.
